I am presenting a book that is very close to my heart. It is the book that originally opened my eyes to a holistic approach to my health. On the verge of a burnout, I had quit my job and travelled to Southeast Asia for a few months to recover. I had a book with me, which I swapped for this one in a second-hand bookshop. A stroke of luck that completely changed my life.
The book is no longer the cutting edge, but remains a good and easy-to-understand introduction to the subject. Professor Huber has since published many other exciting books with edition a. It's certainly worth having a look. This one is only available in German but I think some of his other works have been translated to English.
