To understand how modern medicine defines cancer, it is worth checking out the websites of the US National Cancer Institute and the American Cancer Society. According to this definition, malignant tumors are called cancer. They can spread throughout the body and infect every tissue you could think of. Benign tumours are those that do not spread uncontrollably. They don't come under the heading of cancer. Various causes are given, all of which can be reduced to a common denominator: a misguided mutation in the genetic material of a cell, which causes the cell to multiply uncontrollably and – very important! – not to die like normal cells. It is interesting that the so-called immune system does not attack these tumours and even seems to treat them preferentially. They are supplied with considerable amounts of blood and nutrients. The energy source for these cells is not oxygen, as is usually the case, but primarily sugar. I don't want to go into more details here. If you're interested, you can read more about it on the websites mentioned above.
I've been researching this topic for 20 years, mainly because there is an alarmingly large number of people dying of cancer in my immediate surroundings. One might expect that the causes of such a serious phenomenon are extremely well understood. If you look closely, you will find that exactly that may even the case. But this knowledge is very well hidden. You have to look for it properly. Unfortunately, little information is passed on to the public, giving the impression that there is not much one can do to combat this disease. But that's not true. There are now many reports from survivors that show ways to handle it. That gives hope. No one can predict whether a complete recovery can be achieved for the affected individual. But what everyone can do for sure is to improve the quality of life and strive for healing. That should be possible in any case.
I would like to point out here that the following is my very own personal interpretation. It differs from the official view in important points. Please decide for yourself whether this makes sense for you or not.
What struck me initially about the officially accepted view is that the body does not see the tumour tissue as a danger and does not break it down, but actively builds it up. This suggests that the tumour itself has an important function. It is also the body's own tissue. Tumors are not foreign entities. This raises the question of why and under what circumstances the body produces this tissue. The Nobel Prize winner Otto Warburg had already discovered in 1924 that tumour cells satisfy their energy requirements using sugar instead of oxygen. This is called the Warburg effect. 12 He was able to show that when healthy cells receive a greatly reduced supply of oxygen for several days, they mutate into tumour cells. According to Warburg this process can be reversed with an increased supply of oxygen. How exactly this works has not been clarified yet. Science continues to step in the dark, as you can easily recognise when reading recent articles like this one and this one. These texts also show very well how modern medicine approaches the subject. One fights the body's own tissue instead of recognizing it as such and search for the exact cause of the mutation. If it is a mutation in the negative sense at all. Since the body does not treat it like a defect, we should rather assume that it did not happen by accident.
According to my findings, tumours are more likely to be a measure intended to protect the organism. They appear when the body is so heavily poisoned that it can no longer keep up with detoxification. In addition to sugar, they suck toxins out of the blood and store it until there is enough capacity for detoxification. This results in a very simple, logical approach: get the toxins out! The difficult thing is to find out what is poisoning you and why the body's own detoxification no longer works satisfactory. And according to Warburg's discoveries, a good supply of oxygen should of course also be ensured.
The toxins accumulating in the body of course also include normal metabolic products in addition to the well-known external influences such as chemicals. It is well known that the body regulates processes down which are not immediately needed for survival when we are exposed to stress. Everyone has probably noticed that the digestion suffers in times of stress. This affects nutrient absorption and detoxification through the intestines and kidneys at the same time. Emotional and psychological stress can contribute as much to the disease as can chemical or even radiation poisoning. In this sense, stress is poison for us. In today's working world we are under constant stress. The bad news spread non-stop by the media certainly also plays its part. Life in a society that gives us less and less rest and regeneration time makes us ill in the long run. Cancer can be described as a symptom of our lifestyle, caused by constant stress on all levels. Our cells are subject to oxidative stress. Our psyche is exposed to stress from our living conditions. Our souls suffer from the stress caused by loneliness and unresolved traumas. The consequences are clearly visible.
Holistic Approach
First of all please read this article and forget what you have been told about incurable diseases. Then continue here.
It is important to recognise that your life so far has led you to your illness. It is not bad luck, it is not God's punishment and it was not inherited. This means that you alone have the power to change everything that has led you to this point. Your circumstances, your habits, your thoughts, the people you surround yourself with. Whatever has contributed to this, you have the power and the responsibility to banish it from your life. Only when you actively take the reins can others help you.
The following are things I would do in this situation. It is up to you to decide which points you want to adopt for yourself and what suits you best. Not everything works equally well for everyone and it has to be feasible too. Follow your intuition and listen to your gut feeling.
Body
As explained in the very well researched book What Really Makes You Ill?, toxins develop their harmful effects primarily through oxidative stress. This is the term for a process in which unbalanced molecules, so-called free radicals, snatch an electron from or push one onto other molecules. These then become unstable, can fall apart or become free radicals themselves, which in turn damages other molecules. They can for example cause holes in cell walls and damage the genetic material, which can lead to cell mutations. The body protects itself against it with antioxidants. These are molecules that exchange electrons when they come into contact with free radicals, thereby neutralizing them or at least weakening the chain reaction. There are several strategies to support the body in this process. First, the intake of antioxidants, which are contained in large quantities in fruits, for example. Second, the elimination of toxins through the skin, intestines and kidneys. Third, the supply of free electrons from the environment.
In this context the over-acidification of the body is often mentioned. Let's briefly look at it. Acids and bases are defined by their pH value. In simple terms, this value measures the electrical charge in a liquid. Bases have excess electrons, acids lack electrons. To regulate the acid-base balance basically means to uphold the electrical charge required by the cells. We charge the body's own batteries. This can be done perfectly well with completely natural means. All metabolic processes in our body are based on the exchange of electrons. If the batteries are empty, nothing works. Some of the measures listed here, such as earthing, may seem strange to you. Don't be confused. They serve that one purpose: recharge the batteries.
Be careful not to ingest any new toxins. Replace household chemicals with natural alternatives. This particularly applies to anything that touches your body or your food. Toiletries, cosmetics, toothpaste, cleaning products, detergents, plastic kitchen utensils, Teflon pans, Tupperware, etc.
Alcohol and nicotine should be greatly reduced or even given up altogether.
Eat a healthy diet. Large quantities of chemicals are used in food production. It's important to avoid them.
Switch to organic products. They are much less contaminated with chemicals and they also taste much better, which is a good indication for the higher nutrient content. If possible, buy directly from a farmer in your area. There you'll probably get the best quality available.
Eat lots of fresh fruits, berries and green vegetables. They provide you with vitamins, minerals, important enzymes and antioxidants. I spent a lot of time researching the optimal nutrition and came to the conclusion that it actually doesn't matter much what exactly you eat, as long as your diet is as colourful, raw and fresh as possible. Eat the rainbow! The smaller and more colourful your products are, the more nutrients they contain relatively to their weight. Berries, beans, nuts, seeds and sprouts are real nutrient bombs. If you're not the fruit eater, try green smoothies.
Besides the mentioned foods the following seem to be highly beneficial in this context: broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, pak choi, garlic, cilantro, parsley, products high in quercetin like apples and onions, green tea, all kinds of spices and herbs, ginger, moringa, fermented products like tofu and kimchi, celery, beets/beetroot, seaweed and mushrooms such as chaga 34, shiitake, reishi, maitake, coriolis and cordyceps.
Cook your food yourself as much as possible. Avoid heavily processed products, convenience and junk food.
Use only cold-pressed, unprocessed oils with healthy fats. It's best to stick to coconut and olive oil.
Avoid refined sugar. With today's data, this product can confidently be described as toxic. We remember, tumours love this sugar. Diabetes loves it too. You can, for example, use dried fruits such as dates or raisins for baking. Honey, fruits and berries are generally ok. They do not contain not the same type of sugar and it doesn't hit the bloodstream as quickly as refined sugar. There exist alternatives like stevia and xylitol. These have advantages and disadvantages. If you can't live without sweets, that would be an option. Chemical alternatives like aspartame are highly toxic. Keep your hands off it.
Use Himalayan salt instead of table salt. It contains all the minerals your body needs and also tastes better.
Let the teachings of Ayurveda enter your kitchen. You do not necessarily have to eat Indian dishes. These principles are universally applicable. Spices like curcumin (turmeric) are a real treat for the body. Combine curcumin with pepper and olive oil and you can even raise its effect twentyfold.
Drink enough clean and above all pure water. This is extremely important for detoxification. While tea is certainly healthy, you are not ingesting pure water with it. Water whirlers according to Viktor Schauberger increase the oxygen content and energize the water. From my own experience I can highly recommend their use. Healing stones are another way to treat your drinking water.
Nature gives us valuable food with which organs can be specifically supported. Mustard cleans the liver. Chlorophyll makes plants green, protects the liver and demonstrably works against the proliferation of cancer. 56 An increased consumption of vitamin C and sauerkraut can reduce the side effects of chemo and radiation therapy. Strengthen your liver, intestines and kidneys. This is particularly important during chemotherapy, as it puts extreme strain on the organs. An experienced nutritionist can help you with this.
Rid your body of stored toxins.
First of all, you need to get the most important eliminating organs into a condition in which they can do their work satisfactorily. We are talking about the liver, intestines and kidneys. Special attention should be paid to the intestines, as the largest quantities of harmful substances are excreted through them. In cancer patients in particular, they are usually in a terrible state. The liver is the main filter organ. Everything that goes in or out of your body is processed by it. If it is inflamed (hepatitis), you should give it just as much care as the intestines.
Detox therapies are offered in many different variants. Seek advice from an experience practitioner.
Chlorella, bentonite, zeolite and herbal preparations like Essiac Tea (e.g. "Flor Essence") are natural aids that have proven to be valuable. Again, be sure to seek advice. If not used properly, it can lead to a rather uncomfortable detox crises. But that shouldn't stop you. If taken correctly, this is not a problem. In addition, the intake should always be discussed with your doctor in order to avoid reactions with any medication you might be taking.
Get enough exercise. 7 This supplies the body with oxygen and keeps the lymph flowing. It is responsible for the transport of metabolic waste and toxins to the expelling organs. I can highly recommend a trampoline for this purpose. As a bonus, you can also recharge your batteries with exercise because muscles have piezoelectric properties!
Sweating in the sauna and during sports is another way of detoxifying through the skin. Regular alkaline baths also support the process.
Breathing exercises can increase the oxygen saturation of the blood and at the same time support detoxification via the respiratory system.
Have amalgam fillings professionally removed by a biological dentist. Amalgam contains various heavy metals such as mercury, lead, cadmium and beryllium. These are highly toxic and known to cause cancer over time.
Earthing is probably the easiest way to get the electron balance in order. 8910 It's about re-establishing the natural contact with the earth's surface that has been lost through the widespread use of rubber soles on our shoes. On the surface of the earth we find a negative electrical charge with an infinitely large supply of electrons. If my calculations are correct, it corresponds roughly to the electrical charge of our blood. The value varies a bit depending on where we are. Red blood cells need this charge to carry oxygen and carbon dioxide. Walking barefoot on wet grass is enough to pick up the free electrons. Bathing in natural waters is even better. For the winter you can use a sheet on your bed. I personally use one all year round. I sleep much better since I have it and I wake up with more energy. Research the topic of earthing yourself if you feel like. You'll be amazed at what you find.
A walk in the forest recharges your batteries in a completely natural way. It calms the psyche and soothes the soul.
Stay in the sun as much as possible and get enough healthy sleep. Our cells regenerate while we sleep. When we are awake, the energy is needed for other processes. Vitamin D is produced by the skin in the sun. It is involved in the production of melatonin, the hormone that controls our sleep. Melatonin is a precursor to NAC, which in turn is a precursor to glutathione. The latter two substances are the strongest antioxidants our body has to offer. When you use sunscreen, you not only smear toxic chemicals on yourself that pass through your skin into the circulatory system, you also block the body's regeneration ability and the most effective protective mechanism against oxidative stress. If one is aware of this, one must seriously ask oneself whether sunscreens cause exactly what they are supposed to prevent. Vitamin D is besides that also an extremely important component for a variety of bodily functions, including the immune system.
Infrared light promotes the production of ATP. This substance is known as the battery of the cells. Every day we produce the equivalent of our own weight in ATP in the tissue under the skin, which is then delivered to wherever energy is needed. Infrared saunas and lamps strengthen the immune system and the regeneration of the body. Sitting around a campfire with a naked upper body is actually already enough, as the fire emits large amounts of infrared light. We perceive it as a pleasant warmth.
Reduce your exposure to electro magnetic fields (EMF). Turn off your cell phone and Wi-Fi at night. Use network cables instead of wireless connections, wired headphones instead of Bluetooth models. Earthing can also help you here.
Some athletes apparently use Haritaki or CDS to increase the oxygen supply in the blood. The effect is said to be comparable or even better than high altitude training. Perhaps that would be worth a try. These methods are far cheaper and easier to use than other strategies such as oxygen and ozone therapies or even pressurised chambers. But please inform yourself! This is not intended as a recommendation. There are many rumours circulating on the internet. It is said, for example, you could also drink high percentage hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Don't do that. That can be life-threatening. Always verify the claims and ask someone who has the appropriate knowledge. There are trained therapists for everything. You just have to find them.
Learn to communicate with your body. It tells you what it needs. Unfortunately, in the stress of everyday life we have forgotten how to listen to it. There are many ways to relearn how to do this. You can do it in meditation, for example, you can learn how to tap into your subconscious using the muscle test, or you can simply observe how your body reacts to your own thoughts. You are a team. Talk to each other!
Mind and Soul
Mental and emotional cleansing is just as important as physical cleansing. Pay attention to what's going on in your head. Thoughts have tremendous power.
Avoid mainstream media. Focus on good news. There's plenty of it, but you won't find it on tv or in the newspapers. There you can only find sensationalism and scaremongering. Read a book instead of binging series. Do something creative. Listen to music and dance!
Reduce social media consumption. Meet your friends in real life. Call them instead of texting. Invite them to dinner like you used to. Have a picnic together and combine the above points with it. A sunny day can hardly be more valuable.
Consider breaking up with people who give you more negative feelings than positive ones. Especially if you feel drained by them. Seriously, I can't stress this enough. When people don't do you good, let them know. Try to work things out in a conversation. If that doesn't help, better get away from them. Surround yourself with people who are good for you.
Laughter is the best medicine. That's not just an empty saying. It really is true. Laughter makes you happy. It increases your oxygen supply and you use most of your muscles when you laugh. You also tell your cells that you are safe and that they can now take care of regeneration. It has been proven that laughter stimulates the immune system and strengthens the body's self-healing powers.
If your job wears you out, find a new one. If you don't like the work, the task itself that you're doing, do something completely new. Something that is more in line with your interests and skills. Something that appeals to you more emotionally.
We tend to bury negative experiences in the depths of our memory. The longer a trauma is hidden, the more negative the impact on our current condition. Pent-up emotions from unprocessed experiences are pure poison for the soul. This can manifest itself in physical issues. Medicine knows the phenomenon under the term psychosomatics. Confide in someone. Talk about it. Let it out.
Do not get upset about things you can't control. It just causes unnecessary stress. Accept reality as it is.
Live here and now. The past has happened. You can no longer change it. Leave it behind and move on. You don't know the future. There's no point in worrying about things that might happen in 10 years. No one can predict the future, including you. Enjoy the moment here and now to the fullest.
Reduce stress as much as you possibly can. Meditate! There is hardly a better way to reduce the everyday stress. If meditation doesn't work for you, go for a walk in the woods or sit by a river and watch the water flow.
Define your goals. What do you want to achieve? Are you aiming for complete recovery or do you just want more time to finalise everything? These are important questions. Decide on the treatments that will bring you closer to your goals. Write them down and hang them up somewhere where you will see them every day. Let your body know where you want to go. Say your goals out loud. Over and over again, like a mantra, every day.
Get to know your own body. Research your condition and what it actually means to be healthy. This knowledge will protect you from fear and anxiety. Doctors are humans too, you know. They make errors like everyone else. Without the necessary knowledge it is difficult to make the right decisions. Fear blocks the thought process. Impulsive, fear-driven decisions are the last thing you need in this situation. Ask the doctor about the chances of success of the proposed treatment. Find out about side effects and possible consequential damage. Ask for statistical data. And then make an objective decision. If you are not sure, get a second opinion from another doctor. Sometimes the diagnoses are wrong. Mammography was recently banned in Switzerland because more than half of breast cancer diagnoses were wrong. The results of such examinations are always a matter of interpretation. It is now also known that early detection methods such as mammography can cause cancer. You have to ask yourself how reliable the whole thing is and how sensibly western medicine deals with the issue. The more different opinions you hear, the better the basis for your decisions.
Concluding Thoughts
You can do all of this on your own to help your body heal. There are many other alternative methods that I haven't explored yet, so I'll just mention them briefly here. These include Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, homeopathy, DMSO, phyto, bio resonance and magnetic field therapies. If you search the internet, you will find a large number of testimonials about each of these methods. Since every human being brings their own story with them, it's clear that not everything works equally well for everyone. My recommendation is to research and try it yourself. In the end, experience has shown that it is not a single procedure that brings improvement, but the sum and the attention that you give to your own body.
